GOPartz is an online automotive parts marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of new, used, and aftermarket vehicle parts and accessories.

Vehicle & Technical
Vehicle identification numbers (VINs), OEM part numbers, compatibility information, and other automotive data.

How and when you use the Platform, products and Services, content you view, and websites you visited before arriving.
Marketing & Communications
Interests, survey responses, marketing preferences, feedback, chat, email or call history on the Platform.

When you search for parts nearby, or for delivery/pick-up status of orders.

Information requested for due diligence checks, identity verification, or as required by relevant authorities.

GOPartz does not intend to provide any Services to minors (as determined by applicable law) and does not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors.
You confirm that you are above the age of majority and capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, you may use our Platform only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow minors under your care to submit personal data to GOPartz. By allowing a minor to use our Platform, you consent to the processing of the minor's personal data and accept responsibility for their actions.

The Platform may contain links to other websites operated by third parties such as business affiliates, payment gateways, or automotive data providers. GOPartz is not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.
We have no control over these third-party websites, each of which may have separate privacy and data collection practices independent of us. Linked sites are provided for your convenience and you access them at your own risk.
