Legal Agreement
By registering for, accessing, or using the GOPartz Platform or any of its Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The GOPartz website, mobile application, and any related digital services operated by GOPartz.
The company operating the GOPartz marketplace in Bangladesh.
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor.
A registered User who purchases products through the Platform.
A registered business entity that lists and sells products through the Platform.
Any automotive part, accessory, or related item listed for sale on the Platform.
A confirmed purchase transaction initiated by a Buyer on the Platform.
All features, functions, tools, and services made available by GOPartz through the Platform.
Any text, images, descriptions, reviews, data, or other material uploaded or submitted to the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
GOPartz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, including Buyers, Sellers, and visitors.
3. Nature of the Platform
GOPartz operates as an online marketplace connecting registered Sellers with Buyers seeking automotive parts and accessories. GOPartz is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated otherwise.
GOPartz does not own, manufacture, inspect, or warrant the products listed by Sellers. Each Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and safety of their listed products.
GOPartz facilitates transactions by providing platform infrastructure, payment processing, logistics coordination, and customer support tools. Responsibility for fulfilling any Order lies with the Seller unless GOPartz expressly assumes such responsibility in writing.
4. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use certain features of the Platform, including buying and selling, Users must register by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Buyer accounts are open to individuals who are of legal age to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh (18 years or older).
Seller accounts are available exclusively to registered business entities operating lawfully in Bangladesh. Applicants must provide valid trade licence details, business registration documents, and any other documentation GOPartz may require.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. GOPartz must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
GOPartz reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where false, inaccurate, or incomplete information has been provided.
5 & 6. Seller and Buyer Obligations
Seller Obligations (§5)
Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading — including part numbers, compatibility, condition, and photographs.
Products must comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh, including import regulations and IP laws.
Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited, or illegal products must not be listed.
Confirmed Orders must be fulfilled promptly within stated dispatch timelines.
Sellers must honour the GOPartz Return & Refund Policy and cooperate with any dispute process.
Sellers acknowledge that ratings, reviews, and performance metrics may be displayed publicly.
Buyer Obligations (§6)
Provide accurate delivery information at the time of placing an Order.
Verify product compatibility with your vehicle before placing an Order.
Inspect delivered products promptly — claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Do not misuse the returns process with false claims regarding product condition or delivery status.
7. Product Listings and Content
All listings are subject to GOPartz's listing guidelines. GOPartz reserves the right to remove, modify, or reject any listing that violates these guidelines or these Terms.
Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant GOPartz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.
GOPartz does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, images, or specifications provided by Sellers. Buyers are encouraged to contact Sellers directly for clarification before purchase.
GOPartz may use automated tools or manual review processes to detect prohibited listings and may act upon such detections without prior notice.
8. Orders and Payments
An Order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or, in the case of Cash on Delivery, once the Order has been accepted by the Seller and dispatched.
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.
GOPartz acts as a payment intermediary and holds buyer payments in escrow until the Order is confirmed delivered and the return window has elapsed, or until a valid dispute is resolved.
GOPartz reserves the right to cancel any Order where payment cannot be verified, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the product is unavailable after placement. Affected Buyers will receive a full refund.
Accepted Payment Methods
9. Delivery and Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimates only and subject to Seller dispatch times, carrier capacity, and factors outside GOPartz's reasonable control. GOPartz does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to the Buyer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, GOPartz's logistics partner will make reasonable efforts to contact the Buyer. Uncollected or undeliverable Orders may be returned to the Seller and re-delivery charges may apply.
GOPartz is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or carrier failures.
10. Returns and Refunds
Governed by a Separate Policy
Returns and refunds are governed by the GOPartz Return & Refund Policy (Document Ref: GP-POL-RET-01), which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The version in force at the time of Order placement shall apply to that Order.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
Listing, selling, or purchasing counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or illegal products.
Manipulating product reviews, ratings, or seller feedback through fraudulent means.
Conducting transactions outside GOPartz's payment system to evade fees or platform protections.
Collecting or harvesting personal data of other Users without their consent.
Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or content intended to disrupt the Platform.
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of listings, forfeiture of pending payouts, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the GOPartz Platform — including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content — are owned by or licensed to GOPartz. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title, or interest in GOPartz's intellectual property.
Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any GOPartz content without prior written consent.
Sellers warrant that the content they upload to the Platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. GOPartz shall not be liable for any IP infringement arising from Seller-uploaded content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOPartz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or any transaction conducted thereon.
GOPartz's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
GOPartz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.
14. Dispute Resolution
GOPartz encourages Buyers and Sellers to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. Users may contact GOPartz Support to assist in facilitating communication between parties.
GOPartz reserves the right to make a final determination on disputes relating to transactions on the Platform, including refund eligibility decisions. GOPartz's determination through internal resolution shall be final and binding on both parties.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through GOPartz's internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
15. Termination
GOPartz may suspend or terminate any User account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, conduct detrimental to the Platform or its Users, or for any other reason at GOPartz's sole discretion.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting GOPartz Support. Closure of an account does not affect any outstanding Orders, obligations, or liabilities.
Upon termination, all licences granted to the User under these Terms will immediately cease. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
16. Privacy
The collection, use, and processing of personal data by GOPartz is governed by the GOPartz Privacy Policy (Document Ref: GP-POL-PRV-01), which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described therein.
17. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable; the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between GOPartz and its Users with respect to the use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements.
GOPartz's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without GOPartz's prior written consent. GOPartz may assign its rights and obligations freely.
