Policy Overview
GOPartz is committed to customer satisfaction. Customers may return eligible products within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below. All requests are evaluated fairly to ensure a consistent experience for every customer.
14.1 Eligibility Conditions
A return request will be accepted only when ALL of the following are met:
Return request initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery date recorded in the GOPartz system.
Product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original saleable condition.
Product returned in original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation.
Original GOPartz order confirmation or invoice provided as proof of purchase.
Reason for return is: wrong item delivered, defective/damaged on arrival, or item not as described.
14.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, or product integrity:
Electrical components (batteries, ECUs, sensors, alternators, spark plugs) once removed from original packaging.
Fluids and lubricants (engine oil, coolant, brake fluid) once the seal has been broken.
Safety-critical parts (brake pads, brake discs, airbag components) that have been installed or show signs of use.
Tyres, tubes, and wheel rims once mounted or driven on.
Special-order or custom-sourced items explicitly marked "Non-Returnable" on the product listing page.
Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale event marked "No Return."
14.3 Return Process
Returns follow a structured five-step process to ensure timely resolution:
Step 1 – Initiate via Portal
Go to My Orders, select your order, and click "Return / Refund Request" (Ref: GP-ORD-04). Choose item(s), select a reason, and upload a photo if the item arrived damaged.
Step 2 – Review (1–2 Business Days)
GOPartz's support team reviews and either approves or rejects the request with a stated reason. You'll be notified via email and SMS.
Step 3 – Return Pickup
Upon approval, GOPartz arranges a complimentary reverse-pickup from your registered address. You may also drop off at any authorised GOPartz location.
Step 4 – Quality Inspection
Returned items undergo a quality check at the GOPartz warehouse within 2 business days of receipt.
Step 5 – Refund or Replacement
If the inspection passes, you receive a refund or replacement as selected during the return request.
14.4 Refund Methods and Timelines
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout:

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GOPartz error (e.g. wrong item shipped or item damaged in transit).
14.5 Bundle Returns
Bundles must be returned as a complete set. Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless a specific component was delivered damaged or is demonstrably defective on arrival — in which case only that component is required to be returned.
Important – Partial Bundle Returns
If a partial bundle return is approved, the bundle discount is forfeited. The customer will be refunded the standalone unit price of the returned component minus the proportional bundle saving applied at the time of purchase.
